Newdays Japanese Matcha Cafe
Aim to matcha addictives, Newdays Japanese Matcha Café provided a variety of drinks, cakes and other desserts almost made on famous Japanese matcha-based recipe. The matcha cheese latte – a special drink certainly makes you impressed, that is why their customers are absolutely come back for more. The special concept integrated with unique menu and fabulous interior, the owners have enjoyed some success, as a result to the openings of some more stores in different places in Ho Chi Minh City.
Highlands Coffee was born out of a pure passion for Vietnamese coffee in Hanoi by Vietnamese American David Thai in 1998. Having outlets in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Sapa as well, it is a successful chain all around Vietnam. There are two outlets available in District 6. For always, the iced coconut coffee, which you have to try once at least, is specialty and a signature.
Motif Coffee has been won the sympathy of the District 6 locals and others as well with blue as the main marsh. Both the space and the menu are small, however, which makes it different from others. It’s not just a drink, it’s really a work of art, that is why you have to take a photo first before consuming. The staff who work at the store are active and attentive, and always in a spirit of a listener to their customers.Do they have any food? Of course, yes. Motif has some fast food like pizza and fries along with cakes and other desserts served with fruit tea, coffee, or ice blended drinks. That is enough for some hours blowing out.

With not only District 6 residents but also visitors, One Shot Coffee is famous due to their events every single week. Their English speaking club on Sunday (2.30pm-5pm) is a great spot, attracting lots of students having desire to practice a new language. The coffee here is quite good and diverse dessert menu with cakes and cookies. Grab a friend or go straight to any group to enjoy small board game collection, it is time to unwind a while.
Co Thom Salon & Cafe

If the temperature is too low, there is a garden tableware area outside with lights that are turned on on sunset, for a romantic space. They have a good plenty of drinks to choose from, ranging from tea and coffee to fresh juices and smoothies, all at a reasonable price. It certainly a perfect background for a Instagram post thank to the cute and impressive interior.
Bui Van Ngo Coffee
Opened in 2013 until now, Bui Van Ngo has satisfied their customers with two major product types: coffee and cookies. They not only pay attention on taste, but also quality, aiming for products that are free of colorings, artificial flavor, or chemicals. They now have six venues in southern Vietnam, including Phan Thiet and Can Tho. Their menu has all kinds of coffee drinks together with desserts, famous with Ho Chi Minh City locals that crave a special venue rather than one of the big chains. The store on Binh Phu street is quite spacious, with good indoor and outdoor seating layouts. It is often crowded, especially on the weekends. The Bombon (espresso with condensed milk) and the Con Panna (espresso and whipped cream) surely deserve a try!
