In 1946, 3 ranger soldiers (Thi – Nhân – Thế) was established Nhân Cafe. After that, the Nguyễn Văn Thi – Trần Thị Thanh Kỳ family created the recipe and widen this coffee shop.
The shop owner has the key manner of roasting, grinding their own coffee, therefore the coffee always has distinguished flavor. At present, each of his children opened their own coffee shop, that’s how you can easily recognize other Nhân coffee shops. Nearly all customers still come to the original one, however. 1.3 Lâm Café
This is one of the oldest café shops in Hanoi. Its owner, Mr. Lâm, contributed coffee and often loans to the poor artist community in the city within the war.
